As of March 3rd 2009 Quantum software S.A. based in Krakow holds 50% of shares of CNT Poland Consulting sp. z o.o. and will from now on be called CNT Quantum sp. z o.o. The remaining 50% of shares belong to CNT International Consulting GmbH based in Vienna. Hitherto the business activities of CNT Poland Consulting sp. z o.o. (VAR Channel Partner SAP Poland) covered areas of SAP ERP implementation, suite of pre-defined SAP All-In-One solutions “proSolution” for Machinery, Engineering and Construction industries, as well as business consulting. The goal of this joint venture is a maximum utilization of possibilities given by:

• the position, experience and numerous international references of CNT in the area of SAP
• the position of Quantum on the Polish and international market and also Quantum's existing achievements in the area of SAP so far (status SAP Master VAR Partner)
• the offer of industry solutions “SAP Business All-in-One”, developed by both companies.

CNT International Consulting GmbH (www.cnt-international.com) is a part of CNT with headquarters in Austria and subsidiaries in Germany, Bulgaria and Poland. CNT was established in 1999 and specializes in business consulting and the implementation of SAP solutions. The company offers industry solutions in the area of “Machinery, Engineering and Construction”, the realization of international “rollout” projects and integration with external systems (e.g. solutions based on Internet and e-business). CNT employs over 100 SAP consultants and is a leading SAP partner in Austria.

Quantum software S. A. (www.quantum-software.com) offers more than 10 years experience in the area of IT solutions with a special focus on the management of storing logistics, distribution and production (in this area the company is the author of the software Qguar). The company gained up-to-date competences in the area of SAP solutions, successfully offered quick and effective implementations (SAP Business All-in-One) to a number of customers, extended and improved the team of consultants and achieved a leading position in logistics. These are the essential parts of the company’s success. Quantum has a number of customers in 10 countries and aims at expansive development in Eastern countries (subsidiary company in Ukraine). The company was established in 1997 and is currently noted on the Polish Stock Exchange in Warsaw.

Thanks to the synergy gained by joined competences, CNT Quantum sp. z o.o. has a chance of fast growth and of strengthening their market position. The company strategy in the coming years is to achieve a leading position among SAP providers on the Polish market and as provider of solutions for small and medium enterprises. The company has launched the creation of a network of partners called SAP EBM (SAP Extended Business Member) offering solutions for this segment.
