Roshen Confectionery - end of deployment in Ukraine Quantum software finalized Qguar system implementation for Roshen Confectionery seated in Kiev. Roshen is the largest Ukrainian confectionery manufacturer. The product range comprises more than 200 kinds of sweets, chocolate, cookies, waffles, fruit jelly and cakes. The company exports its goods to countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, United States, Canada, Germany and Israel.The implementation process covers new build distribution center set as Class “A” in Jagotin, 120 km from Kiev. Among present articles, where Qguar system is implemented, there are as well confectionery articles as raw materials and semi products. The total area of complex is 60.000 square meters with total capacity 45.000 tons in warehouse which 20-25,000 tons are products and 20,000 tons are raw materials. Its central location in Ukraine, on of the main communication routes allows to optimize time of delivery from factories and easy to realize dispatching process from Ukraine and from abroad. Quantum software solution includes following modules: WMS (warehouse management system), YMS ( Yard management system) and palettes labeling directly in 6 Roshen factories. In open tender for WMS system participated 14 companies from around the world – about Quantum selection decided several years of a experience in implementation process of similar size objects and group of Russian speaking specialists. |
